Poke Auto Battle
Privacy policy
What the game stores, why it needs it, and how to get help.

Your account and games
You can start as a guest. We store a random account identifier, run progress, team, results, purchases with in-game coins, and rating where applicable. Your browser receives an essential session cookie to recognize that account. A guest can register for 24 hours after creation; the guest visit then expires. Access expiration does not mean immediate deletion of stored records.
Registration stores your username, email and a cryptographic password hash, never a plain-text password. Language, audio and animation preferences stay in your browser.
Google and Discord sign-in
If you choose an available provider, we receive your identifier, display name, email and verification status. We use these to authenticate your account and restore progress. We do not request access to your inbox, contacts, files, messages or Discord servers. Profile access happens during sign-in; the database does not store provider access or refresh tokens.
Google data is used for sign-in and account features, not advertising, and is not sold. You can revoke access in your Google account settings; this does not automatically delete your game records.
Opponents and infrastructure
For asynchronous battles, we store team snapshots by wave and battle results. Other players may face your team while you are offline. Your email and credentials are not part of the displayed opponent.
Vercel hosts the site and API; Turso stores data; Resend delivers verification and recovery messages when you request them. These providers process data needed for the service, including technical network logs. The game uses IP-derived identifiers to limit abuse. Processing may take place outside your country.
Retention and your requests
Accounts and history are retained for game continuity and abuse prevention. Complete automatic deletion and a self-service export button are not available yet. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the project administrators through the Discord below. Ownership must be verified before changes. Do not post passwords, tokens or your email in public channels; request private assistance.
Session cookies and local storage support game functionality. The site contains no advertising or advertising trackers. Opening Discord takes you to an external service with its own policies.
